HerbFlow is an independent research site about joint support supplements. We are a small editorial team, not a clinic, a manufacturer or a retailer.

What we do

• We read the official sales and order pages of joint supplements and record what the manufacturers state: ingredients, prices, packages and guarantees.
• We compare those ingredients with what public health sources say, mainly the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH), the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, MedlinePlus, the CDC, Mayo Clinic and peer-reviewed reviews.
• We note what we could not verify, and we leave unverified facts out.

What we do not do

• We do not test products in a lab or report personal trials.
• We do not publish customer testimonials or star ratings.
• We do not give medical advice. Nothing here replaces a conversation with your doctor or pharmacist.
